How to log in for the first time

1. Select Learner login on the website.
2. Enter the learner email address used during registration.
3. Enter the password created during registration.
4. Select Log in to open the learner dashboard.

Keep your login details private and store them somewhere safe.

How to reset your password

1. Open the learner login page and select Forgot password?
2. Enter the learner email address used during registration.
3. Check that inbox for a password-reset message.
4. Open the link in the email and create a new password.

If the message does not appear, check the spam or junk folder before requesting another reset.

How to access live lessons

Sign in to the learner dashboard, open the correct enrolled course and select the current live-lesson link. Try to join a few minutes before the class begins.

How to find recorded lessons, classwork and weekly tests

1. Sign in and open Enrolled courses.
2. Select the subject you want to study.
3. Open the relevant topic or week.
4. Choose the recorded lesson, classwork activity, quiz, weekly test or downloadable resource you need.

Use recorded lessons to catch up after an absence or revise topics you found difficult.

How to submit weekly tests

1. Open the relevant subject and find the weekly test.
2. Read all the instructions before starting.
3. Complete every required question and review your answers.
4. Select Submit when you are finished.
5. Wait for confirmation before closing the page.

Submit each test before its deadline. Your results help you, your parent or guardian, and your teacher monitor your progress.
