Forgot Your Password?
If you cannot remember your password for The School of Mathematics website, you can reset it and create a new one.
Step 1: Go to The School of Mathematics Website
Visit:
Step 2: Open the Login Page
Click Login on the website.
If you cannot remember your password, click Lost your password? or Forgot Password?
Step 3: Enter Your Learner Email Address
Enter the email address registered to your learner account.
It is important to use the same learner email address that was used when your account was created.
Then request a password reset.
Step 4: Check Your Email
Open the inbox of the email address you entered.
You should receive a password-reset email from The School of Mathematics.
Open the email and click the password-reset link.
If you cannot find the email, check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folders and allow a few minutes for it to arrive.
Step 5: Create a New Password
Follow the link in the email and enter your new password.
Choose a password that you can remember but that other people cannot easily guess.
Step 6: Log In
Return to:
Select Login and enter:
Username/Email: Your registered learner email address
Password: Your new password
You should now be able to access your learner account.
Important: Always Use Your Learner Email Address
Your registered learner email address is used to identify your account at The School of Mathematics.
Please use the same email address when:
- Logging into the website
- Resetting your password
- Contacting us about your account
- Making an EFT payment to the school
For EFT payments, use the learner’s registered email address as the payment reference. This allows us to identify the learner and activate the correct account.
Still Can’t Log In?
If you have followed all the steps above and still cannot access your account, please contact our administration team by email:
When requesting assistance, please include:
- Learner’s name and surname
- Grade
- Registered learner email address
- A short description of the problem
If possible, attach a screenshot of the error you are seeing.
Never send us your password. We do not need your password to assist you.
